2. **Source of Data and Purpose of Data Processing**
2.1 Browsing Data
The IT systems responsible for the functioning of the Services acquire, during their normal operation, some of your Data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected with the intention of identifying you, but it could lead to your identification if, for example, it were combined with data held by third parties. This category of Data includes the IP address and domain name of your computer, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server, and other parameters related to your operating system. We use this Data solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Services and to ensure their correct operation. The Data collected in this way is deleted immediately after processing. The Data may be used to determine responsibility in case of cybercrimes committed against the Services.
2.2 Identification Data
In some parts of the site, you may be asked to provide Data for the possible execution of the Services. In such cases, the Data processed is only that which you, as the user, provide, such as: your first name, last name, email address, and any other data provided, e.g., a request for a newsletter.
In particular, you can interact with the site in the “Newsletter” subscription section. The personal data you voluntarily provide by filling out the “Newsletter” section will be processed by the Data Controller solely for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription request to the Service.
When you choose to subscribe to a newsletter, we collect your Data such as your first name, last name, email address, and place of work, and we process it solely for the purpose of sending the requested newsletter. After registration, our system sends you an email with an activation link, through which you confirm your subscription to the Service. This system ensures that you are indeed the owner of the email address and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. The newsletter will only be sent after you confirm the activation link in the registration email for the newsletter subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking
2.3 Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Further information on the processing of Data for selection purposes can be found by reviewing the Data processing notice available in the dedicated section of the Site after completing the registration;

A.2) the fulfillment by the Data Controller of legal obligations, such as compliance with obligations set out by laws, regulations, or national and EU legislation, or as imposed by competent Authorities.
A.3) the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in particular:
– the management and maintenance of the Site: the Data Controller’s interest corresponds to the need to ensure the proper functioning of the Site;

2.5 Information Collected Through Cookies and Other Technologies
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to the User’s device when visiting a website. On each subsequent visit, cookies are sent back to the website that originally generated them (first-party cookies) or to another site that recognizes them (third-party cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize the User’s device. They serve various purposes, such as enabling efficient navigation between pages, remembering preferred sites, and, in general, improving the browsing experience. They also help ensure that online advertising content is more targeted to the User and their interests. Based on their function and purpose of use, cookies can be classified as technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies. This Site uses only technical cookies and third-party cookies.
- Technical Cookies
Technical cookies are those whose use does not require the User’s consent. A cookie of this type is also used to store the User’s decision regarding the use of cookies on the Site.
Technical cookies also include those used to statistically analyze access or visits to the Site, also known as “analytics” cookies, which serve exclusively statistical purposes (and not for marketing or profiling) and collect information in an aggregated form without identifying individual users. These cookies can be disabled and/or deleted through the browser settings. All modern browsers allow users to modify cookie settings. These settings are usually found in the “options” or “preferences” menu of the User’s browser. To understand these settings, the following links may be helpful. Alternatively, you can use the “Help” option in the browser for more information.
